Giving to St Fimbarrus Church

There are various ways to give money to the mission and ministry of Fowey Church. Your generosity enables us to maintain this historic sanctuary, fund essential repairs, and continue welcoming visitors from near and far. Every contribution, no matter the size, makes a meaningful difference. To donate you can:

  • Scan the QR code to make a one-off gift.
  • Use our Giving Machine at the back of the church.
  • Sign up to our Parish Giving Scheme. This is a direct debit system introduced by the Church of England to provide a professional, effective way of donating. It takes away the burden of the volunteer Church Treasurer to reclaim Gift Aid. You can use this Scheme to give regularly or to make a one-off donation. We have paper forms in church. Please ask if you need any assistance.
  • Set up a Standing Order with your bank. Our bank details are: Fowey Parochial Church Council; Santander Sort Code; 09-01-52, Acct No; 22619708.
  • Leave a gift to Fowey Church in your Will by including us in your legacy.

Thank you for helping us safeguard this cherished piece of Fowey’s heritage. For more information on giving please contact Ken Wittamore our Church Treasurer at treasurer@foweychurch.org

About Fowey Church

Fowey Church stands as a magnificent testament to Cornwall’s rich spiritual heritage, with its medieval stonework and soaring architecture having welcomed worshippers for over seven centuries. The church’s ancient walls tell stories of generations who have gathered here through times of celebration and sorrow, while its stunning stained glass windows cast colourful light across the historic interior.

Located in the heart of this picturesque harbour town, the church has long served as both a spiritual anchor and community cornerstone, its bell tower marking the rhythm of daily life for countless families.

Whether you’re a lifelong believer, a curious seeker, or simply looking for a quiet moment, you are invited to come and share in the peace and presence of St Fimbarrus Church.
